Xiaoyu Cao

Xiaoyu Cao is an exchange Ph.D. researcher at the Institute for International and European Studies of Ghent University.

He is a Ph.D. student at Tianjin University. Xiaoyu holds an M.A. degree in Philosophy of Science and Technology from Tianjin University. His research is specifically focused on EU digital governance.

Before starting his Ph.D., Xiaoyu served as a student counselor at the Southern University of Science and Technology.
