Purdey Devisscher holds a Master’s degree in Law (Ghent University, 2006, Magna cum laude) and a Master’s degree in European Union Law (Ghent University, 2007, Summa cum laude).
The research interests of Purdey Devisscher focus on the EU external relations.
She is preparing a doctoral thesis on ‘Recent tendencies in the relations between the European Union and the African countries, the Caribbean and the Pacific: a legal analysis’.
Her specific research interests are trade, development and sustainable development.
