Onboarding 2025
What is it?
The Onboarding programme is a series of sessions for international degree students (4-12 September), GUGC and exchange students (18-19 September) on (daily life in) Ghent and Belgium, well-being, traffic and mobility, waste recycling, the faculty and its services, ICT at UGent et cetera. Moreover, students get to know Ghent better during a fun activity in the city.

Location
- The check-in takes place at room F0.1 at Campus Coupure (Coupure links 653, 9000, Ghent, Belgium)
- Due to construction work, use entrance 2 or 3 to go to the International Information Desk and Check In.
- The onboarding sessions will take place in Auditorium A1 at Campus Coupure, except the ITC workshop on Thu 4 sept: in PC room 1.2 - basement, Blok E
