Onboarding 2026 - Final call

What is it?

The Onboarding programme is a series of sessions on (daily life in) Ghent and Belgium, well-being, traffic and mobility, waste recycling, the faculty and its services, ICT at UGent et cetera. Moreover, students get to know Ghent better during a fun activity in the city.

• The check-in takes place at the ITC offices, Campus Coupure (Coupure links 653, 9000, Ghent, Belgium)
• The onboarding sessions will take place in Auditorium A1 at Campus Coupure, except the ITC workshop on Thu 4 sept: in PC room 1.2 - basement, Blok E
