Structure of the Internship Report
The internship report should include the following elements:
Title page
The title page should contain the following information:

name and study programme of the student

name and location of the host organisation

names of the internship supervisors (from both the host organisation and the university)
Acknowledgements (1 page)
Application documents

CV with motivation

application letter and any additional documents
Description of the company in general and the specific site visited (3 pages):

structure and organisational chart

company objectives
-
products and services provided
-
main competitors
-
size of the company (in tabular form)
This information can often be found in the company’s annual report.
Description of the student’s tasks, possibly divided by period
This can be presented in a weekly table format (see work sheets).
Technical report on the assignments performed (10–15 pages):
