Do I need to register my mobility?

For students in an international joint master programme (IMRD, IMSOGLO, SINReM)

  • Courses at an EU diploma awarding partner*, without request for mobility grant: NO
  • Courses at an EU diploma awarding partner*, with request for mobility grant: YES
  • Courses at an associated partner**: YES
  • Master's dissertation partly abroad (data collection and/or fieldwork outside of host university): YES
  • Internship abroad: YES

*EU diploma awarding partner? Check the course catalogue: 'Programme jointly offered by...' (mentioned at the top)

**Associated partner? Check the course catalogue: 'Affiliated Third Country Partner Institutes' (only applicable for IMRD students)

For student in a UGent master programme (Aquaculture, Nutrition and Rural Development, Physical Land Resources, Food Technology)

  • Master's dissertation partly abroad (data collection and/or fieldwork): YES
  • Internship abroad: YES
