Broadband and culture


This research takes as its starting point potential broadband applications in the cultural sector. A reference framework is being created on the basis of an inventory of existing initiatives and their underlying infrastructure which should make it possible to propose potential models for the sector. Finally, potential government campaigns are also formulated with respect to these models.
