User research ‘Museum of the Future’ in order to personalize & optimize museum experience, using observations and sensor positioning technology.

We at imec-mict-UGent are doing contextual Inquiry via observations in the museum, points-of-pain analysis, focus groups and co-creation sessions for opportunity detection, wizard-of-oz testing with paper prototypes.
