Migration Law Research Group

Team MigratierechtThe Migration Law Research Group (MigrLaw) adopts a legal and socio-legal approach to the study of asylum and migration law, with particular attention for human rights implications.

Research is both fundamental and policy-oriented. Two research lines are:

MigrLaw hosts courses on migration law, including the migration branch of the Human Rights and Migration Law Clinic, as well as legal anthropology.
