Dr. Tiffany Grace Williams

Tiffany Grace Williams

Dr. Tiffany G. Williams is a visiting lecturer of Discourse Analysis at the Ghent University Department of Political Science, and a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Jena Institute for Caucasus Studies. Her postdoctoral research focuses on strategic foresight and resilience-building for EU-funded public administration initiatives implemented in the South Caucasus. She earned her PhD at the University of Vienna while a Marie Skłodowska Curie Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies, and earned a Master of Public Administration at Cornell University.

In addition to extensive experience with program and policy evaluation and assessments, Tiffany has experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training and coaching for international organizations and within the non-profit and private sectors.
