Preparations and reports
The preparations (without attachments and confidential agenda items) are - as long as the report has not been approved - available to faculty staff at https://sharepoint.ugent.be/teams/WE_faculteitsraad/Meetings. There is a PDF 'allinone' in the folder of the meeting in question. In accordance with the stricter advice regarding confidentiality and public access to documents, agenda items relating to appointments of ZAP members are no longer publicly included in the 'allinone'. The information will be made public through document management as soon as the university board has made its decision in the procedure.
The approved reports (including attachments) are available to faculty staff via document management:
- Reports as of academic year 2012-2013.
- Older reports can be requested from the dean's office.
