Mohamed Almosly
Mohamed Almosly is doctoraatsstudent aan de Faculteit Recht en Criminologie van de Universiteit Gent, bij het Ghent European Law Institute (G.E.L.I.). Zijn doctoraat heeft als titel: “The Legal Instruments and Political-Strategic Frameworks Linking the European Union and its Member States to its Partners from North Africa and the Middle East: The Need to Develop a more Comprehensive and Consistent Legal Approach”.
Hij werkt ook als onderzoeker aan de Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law. Voorheen werkte hij als juridisch adviseur voor de Iraakse Commissie van Integriteit.
Hij behaalde zijn bachelor diploma aan de College of Law of Baghdad University (2009), en heeft een Master of Law (LLM) in International Law and Organisations van de Andhra Universiteit (Indië, 2012) en een Master of Law (LLM) in International and European Law van de Universiteit Gent (magna cum laude, 2016).
