Programma najaar 2025

  • “What can HPC-UGent mean to my research?”, door Ewald Pauwels (High Performance Computing Infrastructure, UGent)
    Wanneer: 14 oktober 2025, 10u00-12u00
    Waar: Multimediazaal, S9, Campus Sterre

Scientific computing has become pervasive in science. In all fields of research, at some point, scientific or technical problems will have to be solved with the aid of a computer.
But what if your laptop can no longer cope with the computational modeling, numerical simulations, visualisation of data, artificial intelligence, … that you need to do? Check out the infrastructure and services of HPC-UGent!
In this session, we’ll give you a brief intro in what HPC-UGent offers and how this could benefit your research (not to mention your own convenience). In addition, we’ll demo using the infrastructure and answer questions.

     For whom: all researchers
Participation is free, but registration is mandatory by using this link.
