Welcome at Pilot Project Resto Coupure: we are going back to fresh cooking!

In the restaurant, you can choose from a wide range of dishes, with a special focus on vegetables. Fresh soup will also be made daily. The menu will be based on seasonal ingredients and the distance they have to travel.

Cheese sandwich: cheese, egg, lettuce and mayonnaise

Ham Sandwich: cooked ham, egg, lettuce, mustard dressing

Falafel Sandwich: Falafel, cucumber, lettuce, paprika spread

Serrano-Truffle Sandwich: Serrano ham, truffle mayonnaise, Gran Moravia cheese shavings, lettuce

Vegetable spread sandwich: aubergine hummus and iceberg lettuce

Goat Cheese & Apple Wrap: goat cheese, apple, honey, lettuce

This week, we are composing dishes with what our pantry has to offer.
Friday, December 19 there will be no buffet.

Fill your plate at our buffet (€ 5,60), lumberjack bread can always be added for free. Since we cook with fresh daily products, the menu in the restaurant may sometimes deviate slightly from the menu below.
