In Pilot Project Coupure, we aim to learn, evaluate, and make adjustments.
Soon, we will therefore align some aspects with the other restaurants and cafeterias:
- No more free bread once the current stock runs out. You can purchase a soup roll, as in the other branches, for € 0,60.
- From 27 April onwards, the sandwich offer will be a selection from the current range available in the other branches.
- Opening hours 07:00 - 21:00 Feel free to come in during these hours, whether it’s to study, collaborate, or just chill.
- Service hours: 08:00 - 15:00 warm buffet van 11:15 to 14:00 During these hours, you can take away food and drinks or eat on-site.

In the restaurant, you can choose from a wide range of dishes, with a special focus on vegetables. Fresh soup will also be made daily. The menu will be based on seasonal ingredients and the distance they have to travel.
