Sustainability and health
- You can always bring your own reusable soup cup or food container.
- To waste less paper, receipts are not printed anymore. If you would like a ticket, you can ask the cashier.
- Volunteers from Let's Save Food collect our usable food surpluses.
- To combat food surpluses, we offer the meals and soups from the past week that are still in the fridges on Fridays. Part of the menu is communicated in advance, and part can be discovered at the counters.
- In the restaurants you can always ask an extra portion of vegetables instead of starch.
