Walk-in Consultation
The Front Office of the Student Centre is open without an appointment for general questions.
On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., a social worker is available depending on availability.
They can help you get started quickly.
You can inquire about their availability in advance via socialedienst@ugent.be.
If you need specific advice or support, it’s best to make an appointment for an individual consultation.
