No appointment is required to submit a file. Submit your request for our files in Oasis via 'the student portal of the Social Services'. Oasis > General > Social Services > Student Portal Social Services Choose the right request type to submit your request.

Registration as a future student (= prospect) at Ghent University via Authentication Flanders (e-ID, Itsme®)? Then you may experience problems logging in to our student portal. Contact our reception via socialedienst@ugent.be or 09 264 70 72.
Pick up / Return the borrowed laptop
