From Postdoc to Professor

On November 24^th 2021 we organized an event to give postdocs better insight in how to attain an academic position as professor (ZAP) at Ghent University. Christa De Coster and Angelo De Bruycker from the HR department talked about the recruitment procedures for ZAP and the career model for professors at Ghent University.

After the break two recently appointed professors, Prof. Griet Neukermans & Prof. Georgios Spyropoulos, gave a testimonial about their journey to becoming a professor.
