  • currently enrolled (and will be enrolled next year) for 27 credits (or more) under degree/diploma contract(s) (for a non-specifically VLIR-subsidised program) at Ghent University
  • have not yet obtained a master's degree
  • have submitted a timely reapplication between 16.02.2025 and 28.02.2025

Dear student  

Your housing application for a living unit in a home or residence at Ghent University is now complete.  

The allocation of the available rooms will happen in March.

You will either be assigned your living unit immediately and receive an email with a tenancy agreement, or you will be put on the waiting list (if you only want an internal move).
