Check-out Loop 5
As part of the check-out procedure in Loop 5, you can make an appointment with the local residence coach to arrange a pre-scan to go over the details of your check-out and inspect the room for any required repairs or additional cleaning.
Your housing unit will be compared to its state upon your check-in. After your departure, you will receive a check-out form which compares the state of your unit (with the state at the time of your check-in). Any discrepancies will result in repairs or additional cleaning and will be charged by invoice. You can can find an overview of these potential costs on our price list.
Please make an appointment for a pre-scan with the local residence coach in time, at least five working days before your personal departure. Keep in mind that for some guests the date of departure may differ from the ending date of the tenancy agreement! You can contact the residence coach through loop5@upliving.be
Upgrade Estate offers the option to use their Cleaning Services during (and at the end of) your stay, but note that this service is not included in the rental price. In case you would clean the living unit yourself before departure, please double-check with the residence coach what is expected; to avoid additional costs after your check-out.
