Order sandwiches

Would you like to order sandwiches for pickup? Send your order by email to at least 1 day in advance before 12:00 PM (orders sent after 12:00 PM will not be accepted). Orders can be placed up to 2 weeks in advance. This allows our coordinators and managers to assess, for example, staffing levels to determine whether an order is feasible.

In the Pilot Project Resto Coupure, it is currently not possible to order filled sandwiches or wraps, as we will have a highly variable selection. You are always welcome to visit the cafeteria and choose your sandwiches/wraps from the available assortment. Payment can be made by bank card (+ UGent card to benefit from the discounted rate) or via internal billing. For the latter payment method, please bring the name of the budget holder and budget code (= WBS element or cost center and fund) on a note to hand to the cashier.

Please include:

  • number of sandwiches per filling and type (white or multigrain), view the current sandwich selection
  • cafeteria of your choice for pickup
  • pickup time
  • payment method:
    via internal billing (at discounted rate): WBS element or cost center and fund
    via external invoice (at standard rate = discounted rate x 2): billing address

Your order will be ready at the requested time in the cafeteria of your choice.

We try to process your sandwich order as much as possible, but during the teaching weeks of the academic year, we cannot always guarantee this service.
During non-teaching weeks, we can fulfill your sandwich order, unless it concerns large orders.
Temporarily, there is no limit on the number of sandwiches that can be picked up on site in our cafeterias upon presentation of one student/staff card and payment with your UGent card or bank card.
