Parking for people with disabilities
Staff members and students of Ghent University who are in possession of a parking card for people with disabilities can request access to all Ghent University car parks.
Procedure for students
Send the following information to accesscontrol@ugent.be:
- a scan of the parking card for people with disabilities and if applicable, an indication of the end date
- license plate
- registration number UGent
Note: There is a limitation per academic year.
Procedure for employees
Enter your license plate in your personal details in Apollo (staff/my details tab).
Send the following information to accesscontrol@ugent.be:
- a scan of the parking card for people with disabilities and, if applicable an indication of the end date
- badge number (on the back of the staff card)
