Wanted: fair trade ambassadors 2023-2024
(04-07-2023) Are you a Ghent University student with a heart for fair trade and would you like to help spread this love within your faculty?
Does your heart swell when you finally see fair trade bananas in your favourite supermarket? Do you usually buy clothes produced under fair working conditions? Next academic year, you can organise a true fair trade mocktail battle during Fair Trade Week together with the fair trade ambassadors of the other faculties and come up with some extra edgy and fair activities within your faculty!
You will receive a volunteer allowance and we will give you material to organise your wildest activities! The Ghent University Fair Trade team will also support you in terms of content. This ambassadorship will also look great on your future resumé.

Fair Trade Week
The Week of Fair Trade is an annual campaign that highlights fair trade and fair trade products in an original way throughout Belgium for ten days at the beginning of October. More info: Week of Fair Trade from 4 to 14 October.
