Procedure using the e-Procurement platform
On 4 September 2023, the FPS Policy and Support launched the new e-Procurement platform. Through this platform, tenders are submitted on behalf of Flemish and federal procurers.
The website can be accessed at www.publicprocurement.be.
The renewal of the platform also involves a changed procedure at Ghent University:
- Create a new account and link Ghent University to this account (accounts on the old platform were not transferred)
- Be sure to complete your business card so that procurers can contact you directly
- Set up search profiles so you can be kept informed about tenders of interest
- Find the tender using the Bulletin of Tenders and confirm your participation
- Complete the application in the online platform (steps 1a, 1b and 1c). The accuracy of the charged documents is the responsibility of the researcher.
- Give access rights to Team National funding from the Research Department so that they can submit the application with the correct signature from Ghent University (steps 2 and 3)
Please note that certain tenders should be submitted by the legal representative of Ghent University. Team National funding has authorisation to do so for the rector. Please notify them in time, so they can make the necessary preparations (vlaams-federaal@ugent.be).
