Children's University
Are your children interested in science? Do they want to know what university students are learning or do they want to get a class in a large auditorium from a real professor ?
Looking for an instructive, fascinating and enjoyable day full of science? At the end of November, numerous Flemish universities, university colleges and research institutes open their doors! Next edition is on 26th November 2017.
Do you really like astronomy and meteorology? In the observatory you can watch the stars, attend lectures and visit exhibitions. When there is a solar or lunar eclipse, special monitoring events are organized.
Ghent University's electronics group 'WELEK' yearly organizes a real robot competition. There is also the RoboCup Junior, an annual robot competition for 8 to 18 year-old children and youngsters.
