Complete your enrolment
Do not forget to complete your enrolment by checking and/or supplementing your curriculum. Do this before 10 October.
Linking and preparatory programmes, abridged bachelor
For guidance with the composition of your curriculum, contact the learning track counsellor of your study programme.
Be sure to have a look at ugent.be/lw/en/degree/fsa/alreadyadegree.htm.
Timetables
You can find your personal timetable (based on your personal curriculum) at oasis.ugent.be. Log in with your Ghent University account and click on ‘my calendar’.
Books and syllabi
On the course sheets (study guide > choose your study programme > tab 'programme summary' > click on the course unit > open PDF of the course sheet) of the course units you can see which books or syllabi you need.
The student association of your study programme is responsible for the sale of books. During the welcome moment you will receive more information on how to obtain the course material.
- Study programme Applied Language Studies: from the beginning of September you will find the list of books and syllabi and all information regarding the purchase on the academic department website (in Dutch).

If you have any questions about the administrative side of studying at the faculty, please contact the Faculty Student Administration (FSA).

Student Centre
The Student Centre is the place to go for all your questions. We welcome both current and prospective students. We'll be there for you, whether you have a practical inquiry or need a sympathetic ear.
We welcome every (prospective) Ghent University student, whether you're still undecided about what to study, have just begun, are nearing graduation, or are pursuing a PhD.
