Practical information

  • Step in front of a professional photographer's camera and receive your digital profile photo for free
  • Come to one of the photooto sessions on Tuesday 17 March 2026 at the Student Centre (Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 51, Ghent)
    • Photo session 1: between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
    • Photo session 2: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • You will receive your photo via your personal profile in the Ghent University Career Center
    No profile yet? You can create one in advance or on the spot
