Annual meeting of the Belgian Working Group on Basic Research in Cardiology

The Belgian Society of Cardiology (BSC) is the official scientific society representing cardiologists in Belgium and considered one of the founders to the International Society of Cardiology. It aims at promoting science, education and interdisciplinary collaboration in the filed of Cardiology.

The Belgian Working Group on Basic Research in Cardiology (BWGBRC) of the BSC has been founded in 2018 to bridge the clinical practice with basic research in search for a better understanding of underlaying causes of cardiovascular diseases and collaborative room to develop innovative therapies.

  • Dr. Pieter Vader - University of Utrecht: Biological and synthetic nanoparticles for cardiac repair
