(04-11-2025) The second edition of Boost Your Mood Week will take place from 17 to 21 November 2025. Discover, relax, exercise, participate and sample numerous free workshops and sessions.
From 17 to 21 November, Boost Your Mood Week will focus on the mental well-being of all students in Ghent. During this week, Ghent's higher education institutions will offer a varied programme on different campuses.
Well-being is approached in a broad sense: it is not only about the absence of mental health issues, but also about connection, personal growth, physical health, meaning and more.
The goal? To stimulate conversation about (mental) wellbeing. We want to show students that they are not alone and explore with them how they can take good care of themselves and others.
