Prolongation doctoral scholarships 2022

From 2022 on, BOF PhD grantholders don't have to submit a renewal application to receive the 2nd term of their PhD mandate.  Doctoral fellows who were awarded a BOF doctoral mandate in 2020 will be automatically granted the 2nd term of their BOF mandate.
