AAP ad interim

In the event of a temporary interruption of an AAP appointment (e.g., for scientific, social or family reasons, maternity leave, or long-term illness), an AAP ad interim may be appointed upon proposal of the Faculty Board.

This appointment is made through an employment contract for the duration of the interruption.

Non‑EEA nationals who do not have permanent residence and work rights in Belgium are not eligible; a single permit cannot be obtained for an AAP ad interim position.
