Stakeholder Meeting: Healthy Soil Matter(s)

Stakeholder Meeting Soil

The Faculty of Bio-science engineering (FBE) of Ghent University invites 40 stakeholder for a business breakfast meeting entitled: 'Inspiring Mornings @UGent FBW : Healthy Soil Matter(s)'

This meeting will take place on 30 November 2017 from 08h00 - 12h30 at the Faculty of Bio-science engineering (Coupure Links 653).

The purpose of this meeting is to bring academics and other stakeholders together to discuss opportunities and challenges related to innovations in soil health. This central theme is divided into four sub-themes: A physical, a chemical and a biological part and digital farming. For each theme, we invited a professor and a stakeholder from industry. This will show the complementarity between the two as we hope to further close the gap between the academic world and field practice. Afterwards, there will be time for discussion with the stakeholders. About 40 stakeholders from the agribusiness will be personally invited to attend this meeting.
