Availability in the Homes and Residences
There are living units for the following enrolment types: degree-seeking students, exchange students, Ph.D. students, staff, and visitors.
Depending on your type of enrolment, you can apply for a selected range of living units, regardless of your nationality or other specifications.
Students, enrolled for 27 ECTS points or more via a 'diplomacontract' at Ghent University (regular, locally enrolled students of Ghent University)
Due to cancellations of students after the second chance exam period in September, a few units will become available in the coming days and weeks in almost any regular location.

There are a few units left at Site Kantienberg, Home Boudewijn, Home Vermeylen and Residence Wing (regular location for degree students).

PhD students or EXCHANGE PhD students
There are a few units left at
- Residence Wing (regular location for degree students, but only for fixed semester stays)
- Residence Loop 5 (Type 2, 3 and 4 flats) (regular location for PhD students, short stay-possibilities)
- Home Henri Pirenne (Rooms and Rooms Plus) (regular location for PhD students, for stays from our fixed starting dates until the end of the academic year (12.09.2027))
