Update myPrintStud application on 2 February 2026
(28-01-2026) On Monday, 2 February 2026, ICT will update the myPrintStud application and the underlying systems. As a result, the application will be temporarily unavailable.
ICT will update the myPrintStud application and underlying systems on Monday 2 February 2026. The most important change for students concerns the solution to a problem with payments, mainly when using a bank transfer. Other improvements are mainly on the admin side.
Impact
Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., it will not be possible to:
- print, scan or copy documents on the publicly available copiers
- visit https://myprintstud.ugent.be
- add money to your myPrint account.
The queues with your print jobs will also be emptied. You will therefore have to restart your print jobs after the update.
