The Faculty of Sciences (WE) organises a Global Cook Off focusing on sustainable cooking, protein shift, and using seasonal ingredients.
Dishes from different countries will be prepared live and fairly. During the Happy hour, we aim to bring people together, believing that diversity is a strength. By cooking, tasting and toasting together.
Additionally, information will be shared about the origin, ecological footprint and sustainable value chains of the main ingredients.
This initiative is organised by the Faculty of Sciences and the Team Diversity, Inclusion & Well-being with the support of the Green Office.
