Lecture by Prof Lise J. Estcourt on her work and experience in evidence synthesis with a focus on hematology and transfusion medicine.
The lecture will provide an introduction in the basic principles of evidence synthesis in research and innovation with a particular focus on transfusion medicine.
Drawing from her experience in clinical studies and systematic reviewing, Prof Lise J. Estcourt will share key lessons learned and highlight the methodological challenges encountered during a review process.
