The reproducibility of scientific findings has been under increasing scrutiny in recent years. Large-scale replication studies have revealed that a substantial proportion of published results are difficult or impossible to replicate.

This webinar explores the underlying causes of the reproducibility crisis—including p-hacking, publication bias and limited methodological transparency—and discusses potential solutions such as open science practices, preregistration, data sharing and more robust statistical standards.

Our guest speaker, Denis Bourguet (INRAE), is an evolutionary biologist and Director of Research whose current work focuses on strengthening transparent, community-driven peer review through the Peer Community In (PCI) initiative.
