Accommodation for Erasmus Mundus students

Application criteria

Your housing application is valid (and will be processed by the Housing Office) from the moment you have received a “Letter of Admission” from Ghent University. The Housing Office will not be able to meet requests from degree candidates without Letter of Admission.
You will receive an update on your application either two weeks after your application or approval of your LoI/Admission, whichever comes last (we need both processes verified).
You do not have to initiate the follow-up, we will get back to you automatically and as soon as possible.

Applications for next academic year are possible from 15 May 2026 onwards.
Due to technical issues, after applying, your summary email might contain some information applicable for local students only. You can ignore everything after "Kindly check whether...".
