European Association of Labour Economists (EALE) invites 3 promising young scholars in labour economics to present their work on a tour in 3 European universities.
The University of Antwerp, University of Ghent, and EALE co-organize 'EALE on TOUR 2024' conference. It's part of EALE's initiative, selecting three promising job market candidates for a tour.
This year, Royal Holloway University, Berlin School of Economics, the University of Antwerp host. Selected candidates are Ronja Helénsdotter (University of Gothenburg), Rachel Scarfe (Edinburgh University), and Jon Piqueras (University College London).
The conference, on 24 April 2024, in Antwerp, features keynote by Prof David Jaeger and a workshop by Prof David Martens on "How (not) to use ChatGPT as a researcher". There's also a session for PhD students on job market experience.
