A presentation by Dr. S. M. Dittami (CNRS; Roscoff-FR) on seaweeds, genomics and bacteria followed by general discussion
Dr. Simon M Dittami will present an overview of his latest research focused on the brown seaweed Saccharina latissima and its microbiome. Simon is an expert in marine host-bacterial experiments and the prediction of host-bacterial interactions using (meta)genomic & transcriptomic data. H
is presentation will be followed by a discussion with the attendees.
